Once availability for the desired date has been verified, you will have three working days to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Once the deposit has been received, the booking will be confirmed. The balance of 70% can be paid in cash or via Bizum up until the day of the event. If you prefer to make the payment via bank transfer, it must be completed at least two days before the event.

A deposit of 50% of the order value is required, which will be refunded after checking the condition and proper functioning of the equipment. The refund can be made immediately or take up to 72 business hours from the time of collection.

You may postpone your booking, provided that the request is made at least one week before the scheduled date. If the request is made less than one week in advance and the material is not available for the new date, the order may be cancelled and the reservation deposit retained.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but with some conditions.
For cancellations made at least one week before the delivery date, we will refund 100% of the reservation amount.
If the cancellation occurs with less than one week's notice, the refund will be 70% of the amount, but only if the full amount of the order has already been paid.
In all other cases, the order deposit will be retained.
