Once availability for the desired date has been confirmed, you will have three working days to pay a 30% confirmation deposit. Once the deposit has been received, the booking will be confirmed.
The remaining 70% balance can be paid in cash or via Bizum up to the day of the event.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, it must be completed at least two days before the event.

Yes, a security deposit of 50% of the order value is required. This will be refunded after checking the condition and proper functioning of the equipment at the end of the rental.
The refund can be processed immediately or within 72 business hours after the collection.

Yes, you can postpone your booking, provided the request is made at least one week before the scheduled date.
If the request is made with less than one week's notice, and the equipment is not available for the new date, the booking may be cancelled and the confirmation deposit retained.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but certain conditions apply:
For cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of the confirmation deposit.
If the cancellation is made with less than one week's notice, we will refund 70% of the total amount, but only if the full amount has already been paid.
In all other cases, the confirmation deposit will be retained.
